Our Story

DaVinci Property Management was founded through the hands-on management of a single family-owned property in 2015 and has since evolved into a comprehensive, full-service property management firm.

Today, we manage residential, apartment, and multi-unit properties, along with short-term and Airbnb rentals, vacant properties, and renovation and project oversight. By integrating tax preparation, professional cleaning, and pressure washing services, we deliver a streamlined, end-to-end property management solution for real-estate investors and property owners in HRM.

In 2025, we made significant investments in advanced management systems and operational processes to improve efficiencies, consistency, strengthen reporting, and elevate the experience for both owners and tenants.
